Her work history demonstrates a commitment to delivering positive and productive information experiences for learners, scholars, practitioners, and other user communities. Lettie excels in driving optimum engagement, content discovery and access, leveraging her R&D experience in web analytics, user experience, information architecture, SEO, institutional discovery, metadata standards, and semantics. In her 10 years with SAGE Publishing, Lettie played a key role in establishing product management expertise and user-centered product lifecycles and market research routines. She was instrumental in launching user-centered web and mobile products, driving research and analysis that enabled evidence-based product management to maintain outstanding quality of SAGE platforms. Currently, Lettie serves as Senior Product Advisor for DeepDyve and Product Experience Architect for LibLynx as well as a part-time instructor in San José State’s School of Information. In her spare time, Lettie is a Publications Committee member for the Association for Information Science & Technology and a ‘chef’ with the SSP’s Scholarly Kitchen blog. Matt Jabaily University of Colorado Colorado Springs Matthew Jabaily is the Electronic Resources and Serials Librarian and Interim Head of Collections and Content at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. He has held a wide variety of library positions at academic libraries, including reference and instruction, library systems, and eResource access and discovery. He now dedicates most of his time to collection development and project management. His research focuses on the interpretation of usage statistics and assessing the value and impact of user driven acquisitions.

Iratxe drives the Make Data Count initiative’s work to promote the development of open data metrics, to enable evaluation and reward of the usage and reach of open data. Prior to this role, Iratxe worked at ASAPbio, where she led initiatives to promote the use of preprints and greater transparency in peer review. Iratxe has also held editorial roles at open-access journals and served as Deputy Editor-in-Chief at PLOS ONE, where she was actively involved in editorial policy development and open science initiatives. Iratxe is the President of the FORCE11 Board of Directors and co-founded the FORCE11/COPE Research Data Publishing Ethics Working Group.
